Helping Other's That's What We Do
It all started in 2008 when we laid the foundation of a charitable idea, then known as Rock Out Cancer. We arranged a concert at Plattduetsch Park Biergarten for people to hang out, enjoy great music, have a beverage of their choosing, and grab a bite to eat – all while helping a great cause. The proceeds were donated to the American Cancer Society.
In 2011, Rock Out Cancer became Rock Out Cure and an official 501(C)(3) charity organization. Since then – in just over thirteen years – we’ve raised over $850,000 for charity and communities in need.
MISSION STATEMENT
The mission of ROC is to perform charitable services and host
fundraising events in our local community in an effort to raise awareness
and funds for a variety of organizations that provide necessary research,
support, and resources to families. We rely on the generosity of the community
to help reach our goals which is why “giving back” is an essential part of what we do!
We provide assistance and help to those in the community in need.
